The Car Barn Shops are located in the heart of the shopping district of Sewickley. The building postal address is 409 Broad Street, Sewickley, Pennsylvania 15143. The building derives its unique name from its former owner and occupant -- Gormley Chevrolet. An extensive renovation was performed in the early 1990's. This renovation was intended to preserve the open, "warehouse" like feel of the building. The building's investors originally envisioned the primary occupants to be retail shops; consequently, unique, interior windows adorn many of the offices.
